The Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador CONAIE greeted the heroic resistance of the town of Quito that deceived the decree of emergencia of the treasonous government. We in Bolivia, are working in the organization of the Second Indigenal Congress, after almost 61 years of that one First Indigenal Congress. So far we are conforming Coordinating Natives in the main cities of Bolivia, since the indigenous majority is urban, is worth to say professional, neighboring natives, students, retailers, etc. etc.
